nO retirement plan for zeek
October 12th was Zeek's 66th birthday. With one year to go before he could officially retire, Zeek stated that there was no way he could or would retire. He hopes to continue writing and maybe even performing again, at least until his body says otherwise. As most fans know, Zeek had a scary moment with bowel cancer. He fought and beat that, and has come back even stronger. So, he feels that as long as it is possible, he will continue making music.

Although best known for his music and live show, Zeek has a variety of other projects, from his acting work to the charity rock festival he created.
Apart from his solo work, he is also active in other musical projects. And is a writer of fiction and a fake news tabloid.

return of the zeek d'accoustique project
After much thought and consideration concerning the musical direction, I want to take on the ZEEKtheFREAK project; I have decided to bring back the Zeek D'Accoustique project.
I want to go more avant-garde with the Freaks; thus, the acoustic work would not fit into these plans. So, I have decided to use Zeek D'Accoustique for the Drowning Man EP and for the Woman in a Man's Body single, which are both expected this year. Taking this action gives me more room to experiment more with the Freak project.
