BIG CELEBRATIONS FOR ZEEK & ZEEKtheFREAK
In 2026, Zeek and the project ZEEKtheFREAK will celebrate significant milestones.
This year marks 30 years since Zeek started the ZEEKtheFREAK project. For Zeek himself, it is the occasion of another anniversary: it has been 50 years since Zeek, alongside Murray Muff, founded the Snap-on Brothers band, and it was also when he adopted his artist name.
Originally known as Zeek Catweazle, he established ZEEKtheFREAK in 1996, dropping "Catweazle" from his name but continuing to go by Zeek.
Thus, 2026 will celebrate 30 years of ZEEKtheFREAK and 50 years of Zeek's musical journey, making it a time for big celebrations.
